Sarah Performs with 2V+ – Two Violins Plus at NLFB! Friday July 10 at 10:30PM on the Main Stage!
The Sudbury Symphony Orchestra joins forces with 2V+ for a bold orchestral collaboration that reimagines the concert experience. At the heart of 2V+ are violinists Cristina Masotti and Melissa Schaak, whose dynamic artistry bridges classical mastery with an irresistible fusion of popular genres. Backed by a driving band of keyboards, guitar, bass, drums, and now a full orchestra, 2V+: Mad Violining XL ignites the stage with exhilarating new arrangements that intertwine three centuries of unstoppable grooves—from Beethoven and Vivaldi to The Beatles and Camila Cabello. The Sudbury Symphony Orchestra is a cornerstone of Northern Ontario’s cultural life, committed to excellence on stage and championing the exceptional talents of Sudbury’s own musicians. Together with 2V+, the SSO ventures into daring crossover territory, blending symphonic richness with the energy of rock and pop. The result is an electrifying celebration of virtuosity and imagination – a concert event that is both sophisticated and spectacular.
